Please join us on a 5-6 mile, 2-3 hour hike through the McLean Game Refuge in Granby, CT.
Join us for the first hike of a series of hikes on the Mid State Trail through central Massachusetts. We will meet at the trail head for the Mid State Trail on Route 16. From there we will hike down to the Rhode Island border and loop back through the forest to our starting point. Easy-Moderate hike appr. 8 mile hike
This year’s Spring Activities Day will be held in Weymouth, Mass, at the town’s Great Esker Park. This park has plenty of opportunities for both short and longer hikes. Bikes are welcomed also. Bring a lunch. Lawn games after 1 PM. $5 fee.
Rescheduuled from 3/18. Please join us for an easy 6.5 mile hike around the Barre Falls Dam in Hubbardston, MA. Part of the 22,000-acre scenic Ware River Watershed, this 557 acre area of Federal public land features wetlands, forests, open fields, and river areas.
Our route will be a relatively flat 6.5 mile loop.

For the Spring Jamobree we are heading to Townsend Vt. This is a great Vermont State Campground near West River and Green Mountains National Forest. West River is the site for some whitewater kayaking and the West River Dam. The cost is a very reasonable $35 per camper for the complete weekend.
Join us for a long weekend of camping at Lamoine State Park in Lamoine, Maine. The campground is secluded wonderful place across Frenchman Bay from Acadia National Park. We have reserved a large group area with plenty of room for everyone. The campground has great facilities. The Acadia affords great opportunities for hiking, biking the National Park bike trails, and kayaking both Frenchman Bay and local lakes. Rentals are available for biking and kayaking.
